As a Senior Sportsbook Supplier Manager you will be a key conduit between Entain’s global teams and our strategic supply base - ensuring we work together to deliver high performance, value and innovation across multiple areas of our sportsbook business.

Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you’ll be working with multiple teams across product, trading, marketing & finance to co-ordinate and organize how we work with suppliers and drive value from the services we provide.

Winning in our Sportsbook business is key to our ambition, and this role is focused on supporting our teams as we work towards that across our key regions & brands.

Entain’s third party suppliers play an important role in our success, this role will be focused on management and growth of those relationships, operational ownership of agreements and driving incremental value.

 
This role is hybrid in nature – min 2 days in London office (E20) or 4 days office based in Gibraltar

What you will do

  • Assume operational ownership of third-party agreements underpinning material (multi-billion) revenues – mobilising and managing governance & reporting around supplier performance.
  • Build & grow strong supplier operational relationships and identify opportunities to grow value within current agreements & potential new constructs.
  • Monitoring & influencing global consumption of sportsbook services across a portfolio of key group supplier.s
  • Working with multiple Entain functional stakeholders to co-ordinate service demand and feedback from product, marketing, trading functions. 
  • Optimising Entain's investment and driving increased value add from contracted and potential new products & services.
  • Structured tracking & reporting of consumption across Entain group regions & labels – identifying trends, risks & opportunities. 
  • Work closely with finance & commercial teams to ensure visibility and alignment to budget and forecasts, based on consumption.

Who you are

  • Can you demonstrate awareness of commercial motivations and expected behaviours of suppliers? 
  • Do you have strong project management skills, with ability to structure & clearly track progress across complex activity? 
  • Do you have strong understanding of contract language, key operational clauses & service level agreements?
  • Are you financially literature with experience in managing budgets/forecasts?
  • Are you skilled at manipulating complex data and presenting well-structured actionable insight?
  • Do you have strong understanding of sustainability as well as commercial value drivers?
  • Are you comfortable working in a matrix style, influencing and leading multiple stakeholder groups at senior levels – Director & above?
  • Can you set clear accountabilities for internal and supplier teams alike?
  • Do you have the ability to engage with & constructively challenge multiple stakeholder groups on a global basis – balancing multiple priorities & preferences?
  • Can you set challenging goals and works at pace?

    Desirable criteria
  • Do you have sports/sports betting experience?
  • Do you have broad understanding of technology integrations and API’s in particular?
  • Do you have experience of building & scaling supplier management programs/capability?
