As a Live and Table Games Operations Manager you will be responsible for for leading and optimizing the day-to-day operations and player experience in live casino and table games. 

Reporting to the Head of Live and Table Game Manager, you will be part of the Live and Table Games Team, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of operations, drive process improvements, and uphold the highest standards of performance and player satisfaction. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of our gaming platform and delivering outstanding experiences to players worldwide.

What you will do

  • Lead initiatives to optimize the player experience in live casino studios and RNG table games.
  • Lead the roadmap process for both Live and RNG table games, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Act as the primary liaison between 3rd party staff and entain stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution of product enhancements.
  • Forge strategic partnerships with internal and 3rd party marketing departments.
  • Leverage your wealth of experience to navigate new market entries, staying informed and advising on regulations.
  • Take full accountability for the performance of 3rd party Live Casino dealers.
  • Provide high-level updates on significant product implementations, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned and take responsibility of communicating when new suppliers are launched.
  • Oversee the collation and analysis of new game releases from diverse suppliers, presenting recommendations to the Global Head.
  • Lead and implement strategic initiatives to optimize the lobby across all Entain brands, elevating the overall player experience.
  • Use expertise to align and work closely with the operations team, particularly in India, for game testing and releases, fostering a global approach to operations.
  • Prioritize and oversee the resolution process, providing leadership in addressing issues promptly and effectively, and providing insightful and strategic solutions.
  • Provide management and direction for the operational aspects of Live and Table Games.
  • Identify & communicate opportunities to streamline operational processes and workflows to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Assess operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues and ensure the integrity and security of gaming operations.

Who you are

  • Extensive understanding of live casino and table games player experience.
  • Seasoned confidence in maintaining a position of authority among 3rd party suppliers and their staff.
  • Proven senior-level experience in market trend analysis and strategy implementation.
  • Seasoned understanding of player preferences and behaviour in online gaming.
  • Demonstrated senior-level ability to collaborate across teams effectively.
  • Seasoned experience evaluating new technologies and innovations in the gaming industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable using data to drive decisions and measure outcomes
