As a Live and Table Games Operations Executive, you will be responsible for supporting various operational functions within our Gaming team. 

Reporting to the Head of Live and Table Games Manager,  you will be part of the Live and Table Games Team, who work closely with cross-functional teams to execute key processes, manage projects, and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our business. This role requires a proactive approach, strong attention to detail, and a passion for gaming

What you will do

  • Act as the liaison between 3rd party staff and Entain stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution.
  • Take accountability for the performance of 3rd party Live Casino dealers.
  • Forge strategic partnerships with internal and 3rd party marketing departments.
  • Take strategic initiative to optimize the lobby across all Entain brands, elevating the overall player experience.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to introduce seasoned improvements and innovations in lobby design and functionality.
  • Navigate new market entries, staying informed and advising on regulations.
  • Align and work closely with the operations team, particularly in India, for game testing and releases, fostering a global approach to operations.
  • Oversee the efficient resolution of game issues, utilising your experience to provide insightful and strategic solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and 3rd party suppliers to investigate and diagnose the root causes of reported game issues.
  • Prioritize and support the resolution process in addressing issues promptly and effectively.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity across departments.
  • Provide support for projects by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
  • Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and service providers to facilitate communication, track deliverables, and ensure adherence to agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and procedural manuals to support operational activities and compliance requirements.
  • Assist in operational activities within the gaming division ensuring high quality delivery of tasks and deliverables from each activity
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address operational issues.
  • Identify and troubleshoot operational problems, proposing solutions and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Contribute ideas and suggestions for process improvements, efficiency gains, and operational enhancements.

Who you are

  • Understanding of the online gaming industry, including trends, regulations, and player preferences.
  • Experience in managing relationships with 3rd party suppliers and stakeholders, with a focus on collaboration and effective communication.
  • Ability to analyse data and identify actionable insights to drive operational improvements and optimize performance.
  • Knowledge of Live Casino operations, including dealer performance management and quality assurance processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and address operational issues promptly and effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effectively liaising with internal teams, stakeholders, and 3rd party suppliers.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines as needed.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders across global locations.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement in operational processes and performance.
