As RNG Games Executive, you will be responsible for the creative insight, market understanding, and operational prowess to drive the success of our RNG games strategy worldwide.

Reporting to the Senior RNG Games Manager, you will work closely with various teams, including commercials, marketing, and technical operations, to align our RNG offerings with market demands and company goals.

What you will do

  • Collaborate with the Global Head of RNG and Senior Global RNG Manager Games to implement an effective RNG content strategy that aligns with company goals and market trends.
  • Work closely with suppliers and local commercial teams to customize content for specific markets, ensuring high quality and relevance.
  • Coordinate with the Global Roadmap Manager and Delivery team to ensure the seamless execution of the content roadmap, focusing on timely delivery and performance excellence.
  • Assist in the development and execution of operational processes to optimize product performance, including game configurations, stakes, RTP, and jackpots.
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams to contribute to the successful delivery of product initiatives related to RNG content.

Who you are

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics and customer preferences in the gaming sector.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements in the gaming industry
