As RNG Games Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient execution and management of our RNG games portfolio operations. This role is crucial for ensuring that our RNG content is delivered with the highest quality and efficiency, aligning with both internal standards and market expectations

Reporting to the Head of RNG Games, you will have a blend of technical know-how, project management skills, and a strategic mindset to enhance our operational processes and maintain our competitive edge in the market.

What you will do

  • Develop and implement operational strategies that ensure the seamless execution of the RNG content roadmap, focusing on efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Work closely with the RNG content strategy teams to understand specific content requirements and align operational processes accordingly.

  • Identify and implement solutions for operational challenges, new provider integrations, and expansions into new markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including RNG Games Managers, Tech Ops, Marketing, and Commercial teams, to ensure a coordinated approach to game launches and operational activities.

Who you are

  • Proven experience in gaming operations management, preferably within the RNG or casino games sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving operational goals.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Solid understanding of the gaming industry, including technological trends, player preferences, and regulatory environments.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with multiple stakeholders across different functions.
