The Strategy Analyst will directly support the Head of Strategy (Core Digital) in owning and delivering on the end-to-end strategic planning process for Entain's Core Digital operations in the UK & Ireland. This business-facing role is an excellent opportunity to drive change and offers extensive exposure to the Core leadership team. 

You will be responsible for identifying, quantifying, and assessing the costs and benefits of the business' strategic initiatives. You will undertake detailed and often complex analysis & modelling and will summarise your findings in presentations.

You will provide support to key stakeholders on major workstreams including, but not limited to, transformation projects.

What you will do 


  • Assisting the Strategy function in acting as a strong business partner, supporting commercial and operational decision-making across the organisation. Key areas include: Drive marketing efficiencies; Analysing new and existing business initiatives, challenging assumptions and highlighting any risks and opportunities. Includes building & maintaining detailed, complex models to a high standard
  • Playing a key role in the long-term planning & forecasting process (3-year plan)
  • Delivering improved management information (including enhanced exec and board packs) developing new reports and models as appropriate
  • Making a significant contribution, as required, to strategic updates and other materials to be presented to the Group CEO & CFO


  • Contributing to the in-year budget and forecasting processes

Who you are 

  • ·       Advanced Excel skills
  • ·       Good PowerPoint skills
  • ·       Strong commercial acumen
  • ·       Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships and influence people
  • ·       Ability to work independently, sometimes under pressure, and meet challenging deadlines
