As a People Services Senior Coordinator you will be responsible for collaborating within our dynamic People Services and Operations team and engaging with the broader HR function, your role will involve adeptly assisting the business and our employees by ensuring the prompt and accurate execution of first-line transactional People tasks.

Reporting to the Global People Operations Manager, your responsibilities will encompass delivering first-line query support and top-tier people service to both employees and managers throughout the entire employee life cycle. This involves offering expert advice and guidance through various channels, including live chat, telephone, and our People Hub, case management system.

What you will do

  • Execute and resolve first-line People queries and requests from Entain colleagues and wider People Team globally via multiple channels (Live Chat, telephone, or the case management system).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records to ensure compliance and transparency.
  • Actively participate in identifying opportunities for process improvements within the People Services and Operations team.
  • On- and Offboarding of employees.
  • Issuing side letters, amendments and any further documents in regard to the employee life cycle.
  • Participation in the gathering and preparation of the monthly payroll input. 
  • Fully responsible for data accuracy of employee data in the HR Management System (HRMS) and any other filing systems as required.
  • Able to advise and answer inquiries from managers and employees in the area of labor law, T&A law and payroll/tax law (basic level).

Who you are

  • Do you have advanced knowledge of Bulgarian labour law? 
  • Do you have basic Payroll experience? 
  • Do you have good use of Microsoft Office Suite e.g. Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint?
  • Are you fluent in Bulgarian and with very good English?
  • Do you have experience and understanding of Employee Relations and HR policies and processes?
  • Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills?
  • Are you highly organized with a high level of accuracy?
  • Flexible and able to adapt to continually reprioritize as necessary
  • Do you have generalist HR experience?
  • Are you knowledgeable on the implications of the Data Protection Act and Electronic Communications Act?
  • Do you have project experience?
  • Do you have experience with HR-Software?
  • Have you completed a college or university degree or have equivalent work experience?
  • Do you have demonstrable experience of working in a HR Operations/HR Shared Services, dealing with simple to complex queries and requests, providing resolution within service level expectations?
Do you have experience in implementing simple to moderate continuous improvement initiatives?
