The role in a nutshell:

This role is all about your contribution to the set-up, implementation, development and monitoring of responsible gaming and compliance policies. You will have a key function in satisfactory complaint settlement within our international Customer Service. Furthermore, you will provide expertise to other units within the group on topics falling into the mentioned areas.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Handling and assessment of customer cases falling into responsible gaming field while contributing to the development of the operative framework 
  • Settlement and prevention of major complaints from customers  
  • Provide consulting and expertise to Customer Service and within the group on operative matters with legal, regulatory and compliance implications 
  • Contribute to internal and external audits  
  • Coordinate the teams contribution to relevant CS and company-wide projects

What we need from you: 

  • Interest and/or experience in Responsible Gaming, legal matters, mediation, risk management, anti-money laundering, compliance or other industry regulatory environment will be considered an asset
  • High level of English and German
  • Willingness to work in shifts
  • Good level in any other additional language will be considered a plus
  • Good team player
  • Analytical mind and high quality awareness 
  • Proactive, flexible and stress resistance personality 
  • Excellent communication, networking and conflict management skills  
  • Motivated personality able to cope with complexity

Desirable:

  • Customer service experience
