As a People Projects and Change Manager (Service Now), We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team, for our Service Now projects in the People function. In this role, you will assist in the co-ordination, planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects, working closely with senior project and programme manager(s) to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Reporting to the Programme Lead, you will be part of Our People Programmes & Analytics team strive to create and deliver a seamless and positive people experience across the entire employee lifecycle. Our aim is to have solid foundations for our HR practices, develop efficient and simple people processes and systems, and ensure compliance against global legal and regulatory standards.

We are looking for someone who has experience in deploying technology, process and people-related change to a global audience. You will have experience working in a project environment and be passionate about learning and delivering high quality work. You’ll be working alongside an organisational cross-functional team to ensure we’re applying the best project management methodologies and principles to enable the best work to be delivered on time and within budget.

What you will do

  • You will need provide evidence on Service Now experience
  • Assist in project planning, including developing project initiation documents, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Create and maintain project plans.
  • Coordinate project resources and stakeholders, including team members, vendors, and clients.
  • Track project progress and report on key metrics to senior management.
  • Identify and resolve project issues and risks in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including status reports, RAID logs, meeting minutes and presentations.
  • Ensure that the project team is well informed through facilitating meetings and/or sharing updates via agreed channels (e.g. Teams or email)
  • Support the Project Manager to develop communication plans, business adoption or training programs.
  • Working with the internal comms team to develop project-related communications.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the project management function.
  • Addressing issues and obstacles that arise during the implementation process, finding creative solutions to keep the project moving forward.

Who you are
Essential:

  • Experience in delivering Service Now projects 
  • Generalist HR background
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong proficiency in both verbal and written English and editing skills. Ability to tailor messages to audiences of different levels.
  • Technology savvy, self-starter with a passion for project work, leading and driving initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Confidence to engage with senior stakeholders and present to large audiences
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Previous experience in project or change management is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment.
  • Strong Proficiency with MS Office 365, (Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint) experience with document formatting and file management
