We are seeking a creative and strategic Brand Manager with a passion for the iGaming industry to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand management, excellent project management skills, and a deep understanding of the gaming market. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that enhance our brand's presence, engage our target audience, and drive business growth.

What you'll do

  1. Brand Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand equity, awareness, and loyalty within the iGaming sector.
    • Define brand positioning, value proposition, and key messaging that resonate with our target audience.
  2. Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to gain insights into consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitive landscape within the iGaming industry.
    • Analyse data to inform brand strategies and measure the effectiveness of brand initiatives.
  3. Brand Communication:
    • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, content, and offline channels.
    • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and platforms.
  4. Product and Promotions Coordination:
    • Work closely with product development teams to ensure brand alignment in new game launches and product updates.
    • Develop and manage promotional activities, tournaments, and events to drive player engagement and retention.
  5. Collaboration and Leadership:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including performance marketing, product development, customer service, to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives.
    • Lead and mentor a team of brand marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
  6. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Monitor and analyse the performance of brand campaigns and initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Prepare regular reports on brand performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  7. Budget Management:
    • Manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise ROI.
    • Track and report on budget expenditures, ensuring alignment with financial goals.

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in a brand management role previously, preferably within the iGaming or entertainment industry.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful brand strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools specific to the gaming industry.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive decisions.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and gaming.
