About The Role

Our High performing central Analytics & Data Science team are rapidly expanding. Understanding data and what story it tells is at the forefront of everything wedo and we're looking for a very talented and analytical “Gaming Analyst” to do this within our Poker business.

You’ll be delving deep into the ecosystem, game-design, player value modelling, new product commercial impact modelling and resultant roadmap prioritization, looking for new ways of enhancement / improvement.

What you’ll be doing day to day:

  • Assisting in the mathematical and ecological aspects of game, product and service design
  • Excellent poker knowledge - and love for the game is essential 
  • Rake optimisation calculation / simulation
  • New product commercial impact assessment and roadmap prioritisation
  • Define and implement measurement strategies and producing meaningful KPIs and reports with actionable insights/actions.

What we’ll be looking for:

  • Black-belt skills in Data Analytics
  • Either a strong passion for or working experience with Poker
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and ideally Python, R and Tableau.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
