As a Business Analyst  will contribute to various phases and activities of the software development process or software testing. Candidate must be willing to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, team environment, the engineer works with tech Lead, software engineers, internal partners, and stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • 3+ years' experience working as a business analyst supporting technology projects
  • Demonstrate ability to understand complex business domains and document processes at a conceptual level using proven methods such as process mapping.
  • Capture business requirements and translate into user stories for development team, both for internal agile delivery teams and 3rd Party suppliers.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to use data, and data analysis tools to produce insights that support and drive decision making.
  • Demonstrable relationship building and communication with high level stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills and a personable manner are essential, as is the ability to work with staff at all levels.
  • Experience working within software development.
  • Experience of project management tools such as Jira/VersionOne.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise accordingly.

     

    Skills Required:

     

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher education
  • Experience of working within large enterprises, consisting of independent P&Ls spread globally.
  • Experience of documenting requirements.
  • Experience of writing business cases for Technology solutions.
  • Good Understanding of Agile Scrum.
  • Able to conduct refinement sessions for development team.

Any experience of Digital Marketing, CRM within online gaming or e-commerce is highly desirable.
