We are hiring a Digital Executive (Programmatic Exec to join our team, based in our London, St Pauls office. with stunning views of the cathedral, you will work with us inside One New Change! You will be given full training and support in order to thrive in the role and become an expert in your field! We're looking for candidates that are passionate about creating a career for themselves, wants to be part of a global - fast paced business, willing to work hard but someone who is also going to love what they do! 

As a Digital Executive (Programmatic), you will be part of a team that drives new customer acquisition to the business, through a variety of marketing channels. Your primary focus will be supporting the Senior Social Media Manager.

What you'll do

  • Liaise with our agency to set up campaigns for paid social media channels in Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter and other channels as appropriate
  • Make recommendations to continually improve campaigns by channel/activity - CPA, CPL, ROI, etc.
  • Chase agencies for creatives required, project manage campaigns to schedule, input into circulation plan including audiences, controls and testing/optimisation plan based on findings
  • Working with our lead designers to generate social media content and creative asset ideas relevant to the brand, products and selling our promotions
  • Pull together analysis for weekly calls with the agencies and stakeholders, and answer any other day to day queries from the business
  • Work to develop processes that are scalable and repeatable activities that can be rolled out with efficiency
  • Help define best practice and our future service offering by keeping on top of industry trends, watching leading competitors, attending events and creating benchmarks and case studies


  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or Analytics
  • Strong analytics skills
  • Pro-active and enthusiastic to take on challenges
  • Comfortable with high degree of autonomy and responsibility
  • Strong mathematical background
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting (Excel, DataStudio)
  • Ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines and deliver to reaching performance KPIs 
    • Proactive, with excellent planning and communication skills.
    • You’re able to prioritise effectively and manage multiple stakeholders.
    • Commercially aware and performance oriented
