About The Role
Role: Media Administrator
Contract: 12 Month FTC

The Role in a Nutshell:

We’re looking to offer an enthusiastic person the opportunity to join our Broadcasting Team as a Media Assistant on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. In this role you will be involved in an exciting new project, launching a new interface to manage, maintain and organise customer facing systems to fully meet the needs of the business whilst providing a professional service to the estate.

Previous experience of our industry isn’t essential, this is a great opportunity for anyone looking to get involved in our Broadcasting team where you will work in our lively studio and have exposure to all of the exciting behind the scenes action. We’ve got some great training available for you when you start and throughout your journey in this role.

This position is based in our Milton Keynes studio

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage the visual broadcast systems to meet the needs of the business and service the estate.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest company promotions and offers.
  • Staying alert to the live program and reaction to fast changing situations.
  • Planning and organising current and future tasks.
  • Quality Control.
  • Communication with internal departments and logging information where required.
  • Monitor and report operational issues.
  • Develop self and maintain knowledge in the relevant fields at all times.

  • Willingness to learn
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Keen interest in sport, in particular horse/dog racing
  • Good knowledge of the betting industry is advantageous
