We, the TechOps Sports & Portal System Engineering team, are responsible for our Microsoft focused IT infrastructure which is the foundation for our successful and popular sports betting products.
Using latest technologies of hardware and software we are constantly improving stability, performance and functionality.
As member of our team you will support us to deploy and maintain our rapidly growing infrastructure with focus on virtualization. You will be responsible for deployments, expansions, regular maintenance as well as incident/ticket handling and problem resolution.

What you'll be doing:
- Windows Server management (operating system deployments, patch management, driver/firmware upgrades, …)
- Virtualization (Hyper-V – standalone / cluster / hyperconverged)
- Deploy and maintain clustered configurations
- Take care about issues/incidents/change requests based on priority/SLAs (hardware/software)
- Create and update technical documentation
- Collaborate in designing and developing new standards and configurations
- Automate repetitive tasks
Occasional:
- Live monitoring during major sports events
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to support internal and external audits
What we need from you:
- Completed IT-education (e.g. Bachelor degree)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant technical experience
- Fluent English (minimum B1) is a prerequisite
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Windows Operating systems technologies (Windows server 2016 and later)
- Experience with Windows Failover Clustering / S2D / HA
- Microsoft Active Directory and DNS, as well as System Center products (SCOM, SCCM, SCVMM)
- Experience in scripting technologies (Powershell)
- Basic knowledge of Network technologies (for efficient troubleshooting)
- Fundamental understanding of IT security and server hardening
- Experience with Microsoft SQL server would be beneficial

- Willingness to participate in an on-call rota (future)
