  • Gestione delle richieste di supporto pervenute via emai, chat e telefono
  • Gestione di chiamate di servizio e/o marketing outbound
  • Identificazione delle problematiche e delle procedure adeguate per una veloce risoluzione
  • Interazione con i reparti estermi al CS al fine di risolvere le gestioni di competenza di altri dipartimenti
  • Segnalazione di potenziali bug di sistema e problemi generici riscontrati dagli utenti secondo le procedure in essere



  • Madrelingua Italiana
  • Buona conoscenza dell’inglese
  • Ottime capacità di scrittura ed eccellenti doti comunicative verbali
  • Competenze digitali e informatiche
  • Disponibilità a lavorare su turni
  • Abilità nel trattare con confidenzialità tutte le informazioni con le quali si entra in contatto
  • Propensione al team working
  • Requisiti opzionali: precedente esperienza in ambito customer service
