In this role, you will be focused on elevating the Customer Experience. You’ll be helping us improve our personalization by elevating the key areas of personalization for us; content, send time, channel, product (marketing), location-specificity and behavioral triggered campaigns. You’ll also make sure that we make progress in the area of Advanced Data Analytics and the content library and MarTech systems to connect the dots.

What you'll be doing: 
  • Managing day to day of a team of 4.
  •  Ensuring all focus points for innovation and campaigns adhere to guidelines from Head of CRM and regulatory teams.
  • Main stakeholder and PoC for relationship with the ADA teams and the CRM MarTech teams for innovation.
  • Work together with the CRM MarTech/Product teams to drive innovation in personalization efforts whether it is through integration of 3rd party solutions or creating roadmap items for internal updates.
  •  Work together with the CRM CX, CRM Cycles and CRM Territory teams to roll out robust testing plans for AI triggered campaigns/recommendations.
  • Attend workshops and conferences around CX and make sure we stay up to date on the latest trends and report back on them to Head of CRM.
  • Create an infrastructure for innovation of communication channels, orchestrating personalization initiatives and testing of new promotions and tools.
  • Constantly reviewing customer journeys in Hotjar and seeing how we can improve the experience for customers
  • Execute and operationalize the CRM strategies directly in the tools to support the team.
What we need from you:
  • Strong analytical skills and process orientation.
  •  At least 4 years’ experience within CRM or a marketing role.
  • Educational (Bachelor or Master) in Marketing or Business Management.
  •  Deep understanding of CRM promotions and tool mechanics, creative thinking to generate concepts, and analytical thinking to assess and optimise activities to drive commercial impact.
  •  Strong written and spoken English skills.


  • Experience working with Optimove, ExactTarget, Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  •  Experience within the online gaming industry.
