We are looking for a Senior Commercial Analyst to join our central team. You will be responsible for developing commercial insights and analysis, articulating through storytelling to senior business stakeholders. You will partner with stakeholders across the business and a high performing portfolio of labels to deliver insights aligned to the Product, CX Product and Customer Strategy.

What does a Senior Commercial Analyst do?
  • provide holistic product analysis and enhanced product measurement to support strategic product work streams as well as explore spend optimisation opportunities and provide automated competitor product benchmarking. You will also be required to support on CX and customer strategic analytics
  • Generate a suite of insights and reports from a complex array of sources, tools and stakeholders, to develop and present a cohesive commercial, product, CX Product and customer overview that can be translated into actions and contribute to roadmaps
  • Generate strategic and commercial analyses of relevant data and providing actionable insights to facilitate more informed, data-driven decision making by business stakeholders
  • Develop commercial insights, analysis and reporting that support the long and short-term product, CX Product and customer strategies, identify meaningful trends and opportunities across the business
  • Use Customer Intelligence to build commercial levers, this role will employ a highly analytical and systematic approach to product, CX Product and customer.
  • Monitor the ongoing performance of the key performance indicators across product, CX Product and customer portfolio and ensuring performance is consistent with the strategies to achieve the company’s objectives.
  • Proactively collaborate across multiple teams to deliver analytical outputs of the highest quality that drive demonstratable value to the business
What are we looking for?
  • 5+ years commercial insights experience in large organisation
  • Ability to story tell and clearly articulate trends using data visualisation techniques to efficiently communicate key insights to senior audiences in a way that is actionable
  • Experience in driving results in a fast-paced and continually changing environment
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High level of commercial acumen, strategy development and execution
  • Preparation and presentation of high-level reports and presentations
  • Experience with database retrieval languages such as SQL, solid knowledge of Power BI
