As the Games Producer you’ll be a key part of the In-House team, helping to create one of the largest portfolios of In house game products In the Industry. You’ll be key to supporting our partner studious to create and deliver market leading content for the Entain brands. Working along side our other studio and operations teams to ensure we commission the right games with the right studios for the right market, to maximise the In House market share across Entain’s World Wide operator brands.
This role can be based from any of our UK offices / Remote from UK/ or in our Gibraltar office!
What you'll be doing:
  • Commission a stream of slot and gaming products to contribute to the inhouse studio road map from selected partner studios
  •  Work with the Gaming Insights manager and Operations team identify market and product gaps within the In-house portfolio, working to deliver designs and concepts to address these.
  • Present game ideas and commissioned concepts to the In House product team and required stake holders
  • Conduct game reviews on all commissioned games in development to ensure high production standards are delivered and gaming products are right for the target release markets
  • Provide feedback to partner studios on game productions for improvements or changes to drive product quality.
  • Working in conjunction with the In House Studio heads and commercial team to plan the commercial product roadmap for commissioned games.
  • Act as a key knowledge point within in house studios for game and market knowledge in relation slots and game products
  • Act on feedback and insights from Account manager & Commercial Insights manager on commercial opportunities for in house content and work with commissioned studios to deliver appropriate gaming products to target these
  • Produce Game Design Documents (GDD) when needed for the commissioned studios to use to produce the games to a high and contemporary standard
  • Conduct game reviews with the games studio teams to ensure all design, mechanics, player experience, sounds and mathematics is per the initial documented game design


  • Hold meetings with the in-house account manager to advise and demonstrate the latest commissioned games
  • Liaise with the creative teams and group roadmap planning teams to ensure games are delivered on time
  • Support and input into the production of game documentation and brand facing presentations
  • Maintain a detailed knowledge of gaming regulations for applicable markets to ensure all game designs, concepts and products meet regulations for launch
What we need from you: 
  • An expert knowledge of the gaming industry, slot, table and other gaming products
  • Experience of working in games design or production focused roles
  • Experience working with outsourced/ multiple studios within game development

Desired but not essential:

  • Detailed knowledge and experience working within gaming regulations for US, UK, EU and gaming markets
  • Knowledge of creating product roadmaps within gaming markets
  • Portfolio of previous produced products
