For the Bingo platform the objective is clear; to secure Entain's place as the home of online bingo, which will be achieved by continually evolving our platform to produce innovative and engaging content. These will be aimed at both expanded our existing portfolio whilst also implementing new features to function alongside our existing content.

They don’t just look at our direct competition, they look further afield to draw inspirations from anywhere they see best-in-class experiences in all industries, to turn complex business problems into simple customer solutions. They have an eye on defining success for all deliverables and make data-driven decisions to deliver continuous improvements whilst coordinating with all the operation teams to have them fully utilising all this amazing content to its fullest potential.

What you'll be doing:

  • Report to the Product Director and help them shape, bring to life, popularise and deliver against a sustainable and impactful product vision
  • An ability to prioritise roadmaps based on key business drivers and competitor analysis is essential
  • Producing concept documents
  • Owns the product/feature throughout all stages of the product development lifecycle, from conception to delivery and KPI analysis
  • Awareness of regulatory environment and the associated impact on the Product and customer experience.
  • Works closely with the development team, endorses new agile working processes in product and delivery teams that maximise efficiency and business performance
  • Work closely with PMO, program and project managers to provide visibility on the status of our commitments
  • Effectively manages and provides a good service to multiple stakeholders, who often have very different priorities and challenges
  • Own regular meetings for BAU updates & strategic discussions;
  • ➢ Presenting bingo product plans & strategy/vision
  • ➢ Ensuring the desired level of attention & focus is placed on content being release on the bingo platform
  • ➢ Improving best practices
  • Gathering wider industry trends to incorporate into bingo product plans and brand teams usage of our products It’s your game
  • Understanding the global differences for bingo as a product and propose efficient ways to localise our content stream accordingly
  • Monitors and analyses KPIs to measure the benefit of product changes and identify opportunities for further optimisation and growth

What we need from you:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager
  • Experience breaking down complex products into iterative deliverable phases
  • Ability to triage issues to balance platform quality with business needs & timings
  • Knowledge of project management process & methodology
  • Experience working with Game Design Documentation or equivalent
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Ability to work independently and with key internal and external partners
  • Ability to prioritise and adapt rapidly to changing business conditions
  • Knowledge of Entertainment or Gaming industry is advantageous but not essential
  • Analytical mind with a business acumen
  • A proactive can-do attitude
  • Personable with the character to build and maintain positive relationships
  • Strong team ethic
  • Drive to achieve excellence
  • Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
