Key Responsibilities

• Create effective, highly engaging training material using e-learning authoring tools.
• Work closely with subject matter experts to design and develop bespoke training programs based on recognised theories of learning.
• Collaborate with our global training teams to understand training requirements (15 offices across 4 continents).
• Design digital content based on existing/previous training materials. 
• Develop and maintain visual and instructional design standards that align to the brand standards and requirements. 
• Assist in the evaluation of program effectiveness. 


Qualifications and Educational Requirements

• Must possess a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s Degree, any field.

Specialist Skills and Experience Required

• 1-3 years of experience in developing learning content.
• Degree in education/multimedia design/related field or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Articulate Storyline (portfolio of work would be a major advantage).
• Strong track record of creating effective and engaging training material. 
• Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning theories.
• Experience in designing and developing customer service and software training programs.
• Ability to set priorities, manage time, organize work, and meet deadlines independently.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (in particular PowerPoint).
• Experience of working in the online gaming industry/customer services is a plus.
