The role in a nutshell:

We have an excellent opportunity for a detail oriented and achievement driven person to join one of our teams as Trading Control Operator. The position calls for a responsible team player with an interest in sport disciplines and some understanding of rules and current events. 

Working hours:
Night shifts

What you'll be doing:

-Own issues on behalf of the Trading department. Ensuring issues are raised to the appropriate technical team;
-Carry out initial investigation to ensure the correct Trading process was followed;
-Determine and document the impact and scale of all issues raised;
-Ensuring the Head of Trading Control is aware of all key issues and major incidents;
-Communicating issues, workarounds and downtimes to all relevant stakeholders and managing their expectations accordingly;
-Recognising patterns within known issues and suggesting solutions to help drive improvement across the trading floor;
-Providing concise summaries of errors to Heads of relevant Trading teams for performance management purposes;
-Undertaking Quality Assurance to ensure that we are offering an optimal service to our customers;
-Reporting any QA issues to the relevant team to ensure speedy resolution;
-Raising any long-term issues affecting QA to the appropriate development/support team;
What we need from you:

-Excellent English language skills;
-Solid ability in escalating issues in a concise and quick manner;
-Strong communication skills (Verbal, written and presentation);
-Ability to summarise complex data in a succinct and easy to understand manner;
-Highly motivated and organised;
-Ability to undertake complex tasks quickly and thoroughly;
-Knowledge of major sports will be a great plus;
-Be able to prioritise under pressure in accordance with the business needs;
-Attention to detail;
-Ability to work on night shifts
-Аbility to work on hybrid schedule (home and office based)
 -Degree level education would be preferable but is not a pre-requisite;  
-Experience in using Microsoft applications, especially Outlook and Excel;
-Knowledge of sports betting and betting rules.
