About The Role

The Senior Product Manager is a critical part of the Gaming Innovations Product Team and is responsible for ownership and delivery of the committed initiatives of our roadmap. Taking on a hands-on, leadership approach, the Senior Product Manager must ensure that features, functionalities, design and user experience targets are delivered in line with expectations and on time.

What you'll be doing:

  • Owning the initiatives which are committed to the yearly roadmap.
  • Managing new and existing front-end and back-end features.
  • Working with other members of the Gaming Innovations Team, Tech, and others to create and manage the backlog, including prioritization and negotiation of resources in line with the expected release timelines.
  • Having a key role in the development, QA, and user-acceptance testing of all features prior to release.

What we need from you:

  • At least five years of experience in iGaming product management, preferably in an Agile environment.
  • Proficient in the use of JIRA and Confluence.
  • In-depth knowledge of casino and other key verticals.
  • Strong knowledge of gamification and retention products.
  • Strong leadership, creative and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate strategic and innovative thinking.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.

About the Gaming Innovations Team

You will be joining one of the most exciting and rewarding projects within the industry, where creativity and the will to see things through is a must! Focusing primarily on delivering new and innovative gamification features to entertain our players across all verticals, you will be working alongside a group of experienced, professional and fun people who all work together to ensure individual and collective growth and success within one of the largest iGaming group of brands in the world.
