The Gaming Cross Sell function is designed to drive cross sell growth (across all product verticals). Working under the guidance of the Gaming Proposition Manager, the Executive will be responsible for managing the entire ‘Cross Sell’ customer experience & ensuring the gaming proposition is ‘hand in glove’ with sports in terms of brand, player experience and player journey.  


You will ensure that all our key promotions & offers are communicated in a relevant and timely manner to both Sports & Gaming customers and key features of our gaming proposition are given maximum exposure across the full site.  


Your challenge will be to take our cross sell offering to the next level using killer propositions and key product enhancements.   


You will support the Coral Proposition Manager in the planning and performance review of all promotions, with a focus on the optimization of the proposition budget to deliver maximum ROI. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Coral Proposition Manager in the creation of the x-sell proposition plan
  • Execute the monthly x-sell proposition schedule and campaign creation. This includes creative concepts, mechanics, and pay out structures as well as briefing Promotions, CRM, Creative, Performance Marketing, CS, Operations, Content, Grandstand and any other relevant party
  • Creation and sign-off of creative briefs for Promotional campaigns and Product launches
  • Work closely with the CRM team to ensure the effective delivery of all promotional communications to our customers
  • Work closely with the Commercial, Content & BI teams to ensure campaigns are segmented & targeted accurately on-site, including positioning, game & event selection
  • Collaborate with the Brand and Performance teams to promote Product Launches & Promotional campaigns effectively across all appropriate channels
  • Collaborate with the wider Gaming & Sports Propositions team to ensure all activity is integrated & complimentary providing an aligned customer experience between Sports & Gaming alongside effective bonusing and retention
  • Conduct regular promotional engagement, cost and ROI analysis
  • Conduct frequent market and competitor analysis with a focus on promotions and retention tactics
  • Ensure the Proposition plan supports the Company’s Responsible Gambling standards and is strictly compliant within all advertising, legislative and licensing conditions
  • Support the Operations Executives in the execution of all initiatives whilst delivering operational efficiencies
  • Support with operational tasks for other Brands
  • Support with the training and development of new team members
  • Present to Stakeholders to support the growth of the business
Specialist skills and experience:


  • Extensive Sports & Gaming knowledge preferred
  • Experience working across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong experience with retention and customer experience tactics
  • Experience working effectively as an individual and as part of a larger team
  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office; Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management and organisation skills
  • Exemplary written and spoken English
