About The Role

We are looking for a Polish speaking Digital Acquisition Manager to join the team and help us launch bwin in Poland.

As the Digital Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for managing and reporting on the group’s digital acquisition activities. The job also includes ensuring all digital initiatives supports the overall marketing strategy including creating and delivering weekly reports on performance, running monthly performance meetings with all brands/regions and establishing ways of working that will improve ROI on all campaigns.

This role focuses not just on reporting actual performance but also drafting suggestions for increased effectiveness in terms of resource and budget allocation. 

The perfect candidate will be superb at analysing numbers and a adding a level of deep understating of real underlying performance versus “on the face” numbers. The candidate will also have strong presentation skills and be comfortable in convincing senior member of the group in terms of suggestions derived from key insights. They will also be comfortable in terms of the key ad tech stacks and how performance is generally attributed in the digital marketing space.

What you'll be doing:
  • Own paid social media campaigns, programmatic and other digital campaigns; and their KPIs
  • Run monthly performance reviews with all labels and to identify underperforming channels and campaigns
  • Work closely with all budget holders to identify areas of improvement in terms of budget allocation
  • Work with the Managers to define and deliver channel targets
  • Support the implementation of better tracking and monitor the performance against agreed KPIs
  • Work with the business intelligence teams in creating and continuously developing a performance reporting suite that will ultimately become real-time
  • Support the CRM team and their set goals by setting up re-targeting campaigns on social media and programmatic
  • Work closely with the CRM performance manager and Social content team to ensure all activity forms a holistic strategy
What we're looking for:
  • Native Polish speaker and fluent in English (both written and verbal)
  • 2 years minimum of paid social experience
  • Experience in programmatic display marketing is a plus
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Familiar with attribution models across digital marketing
  • Industry experience isn't essential but would be advantageous
