We are looking for a System Support Coordinator, This is a fluid role, working as an essential part of a small but ambitious team. Responsibilities will range from the administration of a handful of platforms and toolsets to looking after critical data integrations.
Responsibilities:
Across a range of systems such as MS SSAS and Google Platform:
- Implement requests for access or route through the proper teams
- Develop, document and monitor policies for our Google Platform properties (i.e. monitor cost and work with finance to resolve any billing issues)
- Track issues to resolution across internal teams
- Monitor data integrations SLAs into our Google Platform and liaise with external teams to coordinate data reloads
- Communicate service level impacting events or downtime to users
- Support the adoption of technology toolset and policies with the users by developing training documentation and training delivery
The ideal candidate will have a range of skills in technology and thrive in adapting to new challenges.
Essential
- Experience of system administration and managing billing
- Experience dealing with users and writing operational comms
- Gaming industry experience
- Understanding of the development lifecycle
- Some experience of organizing software adoption and training

- Some experience with data or databases
- Scripting skills to automate configuration and deployment
