WHAT YOU’LL DO
As our Project Coordinator, you will join our small project team that supports our Analytics department and senior leaders, in overseeing and supporting the coordination of various ongoing technical projects. We are looking for someone who is a confident communicator, has strong organisational skills and is looking for a role which will offer the opportunity to learn and develop.
Our Analytical department is made up of various teams both in Gibraltar, the UK and Europe, and this role will be based within our Gibraltar office. As our department works centrally to the business and our brands supporting them from an analytical and data perspective, numerous key projects run simultaneously and it will be part of your role to ensure these projects are delivered. In the role you will work with stakeholders at different level of seniority to ensure projects are progressing and on track.
This is a fantastic role for someone that wants to have a future career in Project/Programme management and is working as a Project Coordinator at present.
Key duties summarised:
● Produce and maintain delivery status reviews across multiple projects and teams in within our Analytics department
● Facilitate review meetings with stakeholders at different levels to senior management
● Produce meeting minutes and track/follow up on actions
● Facilitate delivery calls, capturing actions, collating power points and tracking technical deliverables across all various teams
● Run cloud cost reports
● Maintaining and curating a Delivery and Technical Governance repository content and communicating changes across the internal team as necessary
● Occasional Financial admin and small internal projects
WHO YOU ARE
● Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills
● Articulate written and spoken English
● Experience or interest in producing status reports and task tracking
● Confident with Power point and other MS Office productivity tools
● Experience or interest in Wiki type technology, ideally Sharepoint or Confluence
