We are looking for a Project Portfolio Coordinator, This is a fluid role that would suit someone eager to progress to a senior administrator or Cloud engineer position. Working as an essential part of a small but ambitious team.

What you'll do

  • Develop, document, present and monitor policies for our Google Cloud Platform properties
  • Maintaining technical repositories as necessary to ensure policies are readily available
  • Liaise with Cloud Admin team for the implementation of access, limits creation of new projects and so on
  • Liaise with Finance for billing across our properties
  • Ability to implement basic configuration changes in GCP and query data using SQL
  • Set up usage and cost reporting for end users
  • Support the team with access requests and know the way around internal teams, able to establish positive relationships
  • Occasionally supporting third party engagements to ensure logistics and dependencies are fulfilled (laptops, access, software deployment, VPN, …)
  • Support the ops teams with resolution of data incidents
  • Support the adoption of technology toolset and policies with the users by developing training documentation and training delivery
Essential
  • System administration (access management, system housekeeping, …)
  • Coding or testing experience with any language
  • Good SQL important
  • Managing billing and cost control
  • Experience dealing with users
  • Articulate spoken and written English
