About The Role
The Junior Network/Systems Administrator is dedicated to analyzing, developing, maintaining and modifying computer operations, systems, networks, databases, applications and IT security for the Company and our customers.  The incumbent will be responsible to assist the Network/Systems Administrator and work with current staff to assist with the design and assembly of integrated sports management systems (SMS) processes, data, and application infrastructure components into optimal solutions that support the business.
 
All in conjunction with the Network/Systems Administrator:
  • Analyze, develop, implement, maintain and modify computer operations, systems, networks, databases, applications and information security.
  • Assist with developing physical and logical safety and security procedures for operating conditions and disaster recovery by analyzing current procedures and making recommendations.
  • Assist with the development, design and implementation of security policies, security operations and maintain oversight of information systems and data within the Company.
  • Maintain documentation related to IT architecture, operations and other records of work as required.
  • Implement effective system and application monitoring applications for Stadium production and testing environments.
  • Provide pre-sales technical support in analyzing customer requirements including current network and system capabilities to ensure the SMS architecture will meet the customer's business objectives.
  • Communicate with other members of the pre-sales/sales organization to develop training initiatives that will enhance the effectiveness of the sales (both outside and inside) personnel.
  • Contribute to technical pre-sales design decisions and related justifications within the context of defined and client-approved requirements and constraints.
  • Provide appropriate training and support in an effort to turn over the deployments to the Professional Services division expeditiously.
  • Assist with the management of all project activity with success metrics being product approvals and successful implementations.
  • Communicate technical design requirements, constraints, functionality and implementation details verbally and in formal documentation.
  • Resolve complex technical issues in assessment, solution design and implementation.  Provide knowledge transfer to client.
  • Perform other related duties as requested.
