About the Role

Entain is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join the unikrn team and will be responsible for supporting, processing, maintaining the talent acquisition process in our fast-growing company for all markets Unikrn - Entain operates in. Supporting the Head of People Operations in defining the talent acquisition strategy for the Unikrn brand. 


In 2021, Entain acquired unikrn to launch the company’s esports practice. unikrn is one of the world’s preeminent esports betting platforms. unikrn paved the wave in the sports betting industry by offering esports odds across 35 titles, as well as virtual esports and streamer betting. unikrn also boasts a skill-based betting platform that allows players to wager on themselves in ranked matches in the world’s most popular gaming titles.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and own Unikrn’s recruiting process

  • Recruit Top Talent for our departments 

  • Manage and support the recruitment process and hiring pipeline end-to-end

  • Provide an all-star candidate recruiting and onboarding process for all candidates 

  • Manage the inter-department communication regarding candidates and job descriptions

  • Identify best practices to find Top Talent

  • Maintain and ensure detailed communication of your work

  • Be up-to-date on the hiring market when it comes to platforms and new approaches

  • Confidentially liase with recruiting agencies and approach candidates directly

  • Take ownership of tasks as part of the build-up phase of the international talent acquisition


Key Skills Required

  • Senior experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Consulting or equivalent

  • Quantitative experience with high attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously, always driving the right strategic path forward and guiding teams to solutions

  • Experience in successfully managing large-scale projects by working with cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams

  • Strong communication and influencing skills including developing and presenting insights and business cases to senior leaders

  • Knowledge of the EMEA talent market

  • Knowledge of recruiting and applicant tracking systems such as Eploy and Linkedin Recruiter, knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) is a plus

  • Experience with working in virtual teams across multiple regions, time zones, and cultures across the world.

  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written, additional language is a plus
