The role is to act as the appointed Compliance Officer ("CO"), Money Laundering Compliance Officer ("MLCO") and Money Laundering Reporting Officer ("MLRO") for both Avid Gaming and Its partner Mohawk Online Limited, and be responsible for all aspects of regulatory compliance.

You'll also be a board director for Avid Gaming and act as the General Manager of the Jersey Office.

You must be based In Jersey and hold 'Entitled' or 'Entitled for work' status.

What you'll be doing:

  • Act as the MLCO to Avid Gaming and Mohawk Online Limited, to Include monitoring compliance with relevant laws and reporting periodically to the Boards of Directors of Avid Gaming and Mohawk Online Limited
  • Act as the MLRO to Avid Gaming and Mohawk Online Limited
  • Act as Compliance Officer to Avid Gaming and Mohawk Online Limited to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Jersey Gambling Commission and the Kahnawake Gaming Commission
  • Act as director for Avid Gaming
  • Act as General Manager of the Jersey Office, to Include aspects of HR, recruitment and premises management
  • Support Avid Gaming's operations in other jurisdictions from a compliance perspective
  • Provide any other services as are required for the good management of the Jersey office.

What we need from you:


  • A recognised appropriate professional qualification, ICA Diploma, or equivalent
  • Relevant compliance/AML experience, at least some of which obtained in a regulated business environment
  • A thorough understanding of the legislative and regulatory requirements set by the Jersey Financial Services Commission Handbook and the Jersey Gambling Commission
  • Must be able to gain approval by the Jersey Gambling Commission
  • Based in Jersey and hold 'Entitled' or 'Entitled for work' status


  • Some e-gaming experience would be preferable but not essential
  • The ability to travel on occasion to perform some duties

Competencies / behaviours

  • Strong written/verbal communication and organisational skills
  • Leadership/people management experience preferable
  • A 'hands on' approach to undertaking tasks at all levels and a good all-rounder
