About The Role

The Lead Quality Assurance Engineer (LQAE) will be responsible for leading the QA team by ensuring quality of products being developed through execution of manual and automated tests.  The incumbent must be capable of writing comprehensive and scalable test plans for web and mobile products.  The LQAE must feel comfortable working in a highly collaborative environment with developers and other QA Engineers.  The LQAE will manage the workload of the QA department and supervise the engineers.

  • Lead and manage the QA team.
  • Execute automated and manual tests to exercise developed products to ensure quality and stability.
  • Write test plans for web and mobile products.
  • Write and develop automated testing scripts for web and mobile products.
  • Communicate bugs and testing plans to product development team on a daily basis.
  • Adhere to product development deadlines as well as time boxes per Agile development process as part of a product development team.
  • Perform other related duties as requested.
