About The Role
The QA Manager is responsible for leading the QA team to ensure that all external and internal requirements are met before product reaches customers.  The incumbent will be responsible for inspecting procedures and outputs and identifying non-conformity issues.  S/he will help to establish quality regulations for products by analyzing data in order to develop plans to improve processes and product quality.
  • Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues; design, implement and improve company quality standards.
  • Appraise customer's requirements and make sure they are satisfied.
  • Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data.
  • Train, motivate, and coach employees to ensure that standards are met.
  • Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation.
  • Execute automated and manual tests to exercise developed products to ensure quality and stability.
  • Write test plans for web and mobile products.
  • Write and develop automated testing scripts for web and mobile products.
  • Perform other related duties as requested.
