Our UK offices are based in Stratford in London, Nottingham & Manchester and operate on a hybrid working model. (2+ days in the office)
We're looking for a Product Analyst or Senior Product Analyst. We can be flexible on the level of the role.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Collaborate closely with the Entain Quants function to drive consistent and continuous improvement in the accuracy of new and existing trading models through data analysis and detailed price validation testing.
- Regularly analyse and propose optimisations of existing functionality and parameters (delays, limits, overrounds, sports logic etc) within back-end systems to generate maximum benefit for both internal users and external customers
- Mentor more junior members of the team to help enhance the overall capability and efficiency of the Product Analyst function.
- Undertake a leading role in the delivery process of new models and trading functionality releases through rigorous User Acceptance Testing.
- Prepare clear user documentation and lead ‘business readiness’ sessions with key stakeholders to ensure operational alignment ahead of Sports Product Back End deliveries.
- Work closely with Product Managers and Business Analysts to ensure stakeholder requirements are correctly captured and constructively challenge & enhance these to ensure they deliver on the product vision.
- Provide support and assistance with regards to live issues raised around Sports Product Back End models and systems.
WHO YOU ARE
- Experience within the sports betting industry and the various features & functionality available across the sector.
- Extensive past experience working for a Sportsbook (preferably in a sports trading role)
- Holistic understanding of the core elements that drive the trading content of a sportsbook
- Comprehensive knowledge of a wide range of sports with the ability to quickly identify the key strategies/game theory that underpin them.
- Previous experience of developing/ testing sports-betting models
