WHAT YOU’LL DO
To support the FP&A Gaming Manager on all shop-based reporting, with a heightened focus on Gaming Machines which contribute over 50% of total retail revenue. To build strong relationships with multiple Retail stakeholders to drive financial performance and operational excellence across both Gaming and Sports (where related)
- Key role is to manage a reporting suite aimed at driving commercial value and operational efficiency on the highest contributing product in Retail.
- Identify and report on Gaming business opportunities and risks at regional/area shop level:
- Opportunity to design/manage own Gaming exception reports to enhance performance
- Ongoing review of reporting suite for quicker and more insightful shop data
- Conduct relevant gaming insights sharing recommendations for future estate implementation
- Contribute to weekly Gaming team meetings with findings
- Full ownership of freebet/campaign reporting to monitor effectiveness of current campaigns
- Collaboration with stakeholders to agree on KPIs to meet product objectives
- Handle ad-hoc Gaming requests from retail stakeholders
- Responsible for administrative tasks both for Gaming and wider retail products
WHO YOU ARE
Essential:
- Degree level qualification in a related field and/or experience in a similar role
- High calibre driven individual with ability to work collaboratively/independently
- Confident user of excel, able to manipulate large volumes of data
- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrable commercial awareness
- Results driven, can work at fast pace whilst ensuring high degree of accuracy
Desirable:
- Previous sports betting or gaming experience an advantage
- Knowledge of industry and competitors
