Many women take an extended period of leave from their careers, typically undertaking caring responsibilities, and can often struggle to identify the right opportunities and support to make their re-entry. We want to change this.

At Entain we offer Hybrid working where you'll only need to come into the office 2 days a week. With our flexible approach, we are also able to offer this role on a Part - time basis to the right person. 
McLaren and Entain have announced a 6 month 'Returnship' which offers delegates a rich and varied experience across both businesses’, with the aim of permanent positions being secured at the schemes' conclusion.

The Returnships role will be responsible for the operational delivery of the programme. You will be actively driving the branding, marketing, events and selection strategy to identify top female talent. You will then be supporting the cohort through comprehensive and well supported placements within both Entain and McLaren Racing. You will also ensure that the teams supporting cohort members are well briefed and actively engaged throughout.

You will have the exciting task of appraising the success of the inaugural year, highlighting successes and potential improvements. You will be proposing the future strategy to further grow and embed the programme and how to best utilise our year one alumni to further support this goal with the freedom and autonomy to take ownership of the operational delivery of this scheme, alongside the support and guidance, as needed, from the Head of Talent Management.

  • You'll have previous experience promoting structured entry level or returnship programmes
  • Previous experience designing and/or supporting selection processes
  • Experience of working within a large global matrix organisation
  • Ability to hold external promotional partners to account and negotiate flexibility in arrangements
  • Comfortable engaging with external candidates and articulating our company and our proposition
  • Comfortable engaging with senior internal stakeholders to inform, influence and gain support
  • Confident using data to inform decisions, justify change and tell a story
It would be great if you had a personal sensitivity to the target audience of professionally experienced women returning to the workforce after an extended career break and can bring a boyant attitude which engages other as we embark on this exciting journey.
