About The Role

Key responsibilities:

  • Working collaboratively with Business Analysts, Product Managers and Developers at all stages of the development process on testing plans and sprint releases.
  • Handling technical queries from the wider business.
  • Documenting test plans including test scenarios and scripts, ensuring they are followed and all issues are recorded.
  • Learn the business unit’s needs, expectations and system requirements to proactively identify issues
  • Work as a member of a team, accept ownership of work and actively contribute in team discussions

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in Agile (Scrum) methodology.
  • Experience with testing on Salesforce platform.
  • Experience with testing on Personalization platform.
  • Strong attention to detail and a history of tracking issues from identification to resolution.
  • Experience in Creating and Managing Automation Testing framework / Test Cases /Test suite using any programming language create Test Suits, execute, maintain and expand the suite.
  • Experience in various types of Testing as: Functional and Non Functional Testing, Black Box testing, System, Usability, Smoke, UI, Compatibility, Responsive, UAT, Regression Testing.
  • Experience in Integrating Applications with Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience in API (REST and SOAP) Testing using tools like SOAPUI, Fiddler and Postman
  • Experience in Creating & Maintaining all the Testing Related Artefacts for All Phases of Testing (Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Cases & End User Acceptance Completion Reports)
  • Review and Analyse the Business Spec for UX/UI with Scrum Master, Product Manager and Involved teams (Internal and External)
  • Understanding of waterfall, agile and iterative development methodologies
  • Organize and prioritise individual workload to meet required deadlines.
  • Organised and capable of working on multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently and within teams
  • Database SOQL Query Experience Desired
