Our newly formed People Experience and HR Transformation team strive to create and deliver a seamless and positive people experience across the entire employee lifecycle. Our aim will be to develop efficient and simple people processes, and systems, and maximize our use of technology
We are seeking someone to join our team to work alongside our Global HR Process Excellence and Design Manager and be responsible for HR process reengineering, design, improvement and standardization with the goal of driving sustainable compliant change at scale for HR processes on a global scale.
We’re looking for an execution and delivery-focused individual who can look at the big picture from a user experience, technology and business standpoint. The ideal candidate will exhibit an ability to flex across each key lifecycle segment while being able to look across the ecosystem to understand the upstream and downstream implications of all changes.

We’re looking for a customer-focused individual, who can look at the big picture from a service perspective, user experience and manage our services through metrics and data.
Key Responsibilities:
Main:
● Contribute with the design of future-state HR processes that drive for scalability, efficiency, velocity and enhanced people experience.
● Collect and document business requirements and work with Product Owners to translate them into system requirements.
● Support change management to ensure new processes/technology with the People Operations teams.
●Support with-state assessment of end-to-end business processes In HR and drive improvements through variance reduction, waste elimination, and standardization.
● Embed and maintain the global process governance with the functional teams and subject matter experts across the People team.
● Work across HR functions to facilitate, develop, document end-to-end processes utilizing process improvement methodologies, tools, and techniques (i.e., VSM, Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, PDCA, A3, Kaizen).
● Embed and maintain the HR process taxonomy and library across global and local teams, effectively communicating change to ensure adoption is well received and fundamental
● Review the outputs of process improvement initiatives and leverage analytics & insights to make recommendations to leadership.
● Support a shared vision across the HR and business functions by working closely with key internal business stakeholders.
● Leverage user research to identify adoption opportunities for recommendations of potential new products and improvements for current products, supporting user-centered activities such as concept testing and usability testing.
● Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders.
● Work closely with and support the development of Global Process Owners across the HR function
● Support the HR Excellence and Design Manager In embedding standardized end-to-end processes across the People Function.
● Assist with any other ad-hoc assignments from the HR Excellence and Design Manager relevant to your field of expertise.
● Work Independently on assignments, effectively communicating updates to management or wider People team.
● Document current processes and future state in a clear and concise way that aligns with standard operating procedures and branding.
● Maintain current library of processes, being proactive with updating and working with the Content Solutions Team to ensure the businesses knowledge bases are consistent.
Specialist skills and experience:
Essential:
● Experience in process mapping and workflow design tools (i.e. MS Visio, Lucidchart, Blueworks)
● Experience in supporting with completing process design or process improvement projects.
● Experience in conducting statistical analyses of process performance in a business environment.
● Experience in Staffing or HR process.
● Experience in facilitating meetings and presenting with medium to large groups.
● Experience in design thinking, change management, and project management methodologies.
● Familiarity with Oracle and ServiceNow HR or similar technologies
● Experience thinking analytically and strategically about issues and influencing stakeholders, leadership, and individual contributors at all levels
Desired:
● Lean Six Sigma certification (Yellow or Green Belt)
● Familiarity with Oracle and ServiceNow HR or similar technologies
● Experience working in a large, global tech company or other fast-paced environments
● Experience within HR Operations or Service Delivery
● Experience running workshops with a variety of business and HR stakeholders across different time zones and cultures.
