WHAT YOU’LL DO -

This role will provide support to the Fabric Life Cycle Manager to deliver the Fabric Lifecycle Program (FLP), utilising the company CAFM system to manage and report on activity in line with KPIs and Budget. You will:

  • Work closely with the Fabric Life Cycle Manager to deliver an effective rollout of multiple Fabric and M&E workstreams
  • Manage primary and secondary maintenance contractors via company CAFM system to deliver effective rollout
  • Ensure all RAMS/H&S Files are on file where required
  • Coordinate and manage numerous contractor workstreams to ensure jobs are completed to required standards
  • Maintain completion documentation including photographs and sign off certification
  • Co-ordinate communication to internal stakeholders
  • Raise, receipt, and manage Purchase Orders for the FLP and supporting activity
  • Develop and maintain reporting to track progress on workstreams
WHO YOU ARE -
  • Experienced in using CAFM systems within a multi-site organisation and working knowledge of Verisae
  • An excellent communicator with experience and ability to represent the function to and communicate with all levels of the business
  • Have good working knowledge of property / maintenance compliance requirements including but not limited to CDM, Asbestos, Legionella, Electrical & Gas Safety
  • Extremely organised with strong attention to detail
  • Experience in running and maintaining reports
  • Able to work as an individual, use own initiative and operate as part of a team
