About the Role

Entain is looking for a Project Coordinator to join the unikrn team. They will support the smooth running of the unikrn portfolio.

In 2021, Entain acquired unikrn to launch the company’s esports practice. unikrn is one of the world’s preeminent esports betting platforms. unikrn paved the wave in the sports betting industry by offering esports odds across 35 titles, as well as virtual esports and streamer betting. unikrn also boasts a skill-based betting platform that allows players to wager on themselves in ranked matches in the world’s most popular gaming titles.



Your Mission

  • Be a proactive self starter

  • Encourage and champion transparency and collaboration. Working alongside peers, resolving queries and issues. Escalating as appropriate.

  • Champion the effectiveness of Unirkn Ways of Working and the delivery process therein

  • Portfolio governance;  recording, maintaining and assisting to identify risks, issues, dependencies, actions and decisions

  • Confidently, yet tactfully able to Identify development opportunities to key processes 

  • Working to support Head of Project in the production of status reports, presentations and key metrics

  • Able to host project meetings/workshops. Recording and structuring feedback.

  • Working to support the Head of Project on the crucial organisational aspects of the Portfolio, i.e. workshops, planning, due diligence, health checks.

  • Working to support Head of Project on tracking the delivery and health of projects/deliverables.

 

Your Profile

 
    • Superior Command in both spoken and written English
    • 2 years experience as Project Coordinator or in a similar role

    • General understanding of common project management tools (Jira, microsoft, google suite) 

    • Good understanding of project management principles and how these feed into a portfolio of work

    • Clear and approachable in communication

    • Understanding; even the best laid plan(s) may experience change

    • Understanding of planning for an end to end, cross functional delivery

    • Excellent interpersonal skills

    • Resolution focused

    • Organised with a can-do attitude
