About The Role
What you'll be doing:
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand details of job requirements and providing recruitment consultancy services
  • Managing all stages of recruitment life cycle
  • Utilise online media and job boards to drive direct sourcing of candidates, building a knowledge of which sources are most effective and ensuring that all attraction materials are kept in line with employer brand guidelines
  • Stay up to date with technological advancements in new media and changes in candidate sourcing trends and sharing knowledge with the team
  • Market Mapping of competitor organisations to create and maintain candidate pipelines for key roles and proactively manage candidates through proactive communication and relationship building
What we're expecting from you: 
  • Experience in recruitment (preferably within Customer Service or Trading)
  • Stakeholder management experience of candidates and hiring managers
  • Skills in questioning to ensure thorough job briefings and candidate screening
  • Demonstrable capability in relationship management
  • Ability to work quickly under pressure
