This role can be based in Gibraltar or London (Stratford) with both locations offering hybrid working.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Party recently launched an innovative new product vertical – Party Arcade. We’re therefore looking to strengthen our Gaming team by introducing a Non-Traditional Games Manager who will be responsible for Arcade performance and plan.
You will lead the planning and activity for Arcade as well as all day-to-day operations, working with the Promotions & Proposition Team, Product team, Third Party Suppliers & Gaming operations to optimise the proposition to achieve targeted NGR revenue.
WHO YOU ARE
- Excellent knowledge of the general Gaming Landscape
- Gaming operations experience
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the gaming industry and major competitors
- Experience of working in a complex/dynamic fast paced environment is essential
- KPI, customer and results-oriented individual
- Outstanding commercial awareness and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels from Board level to Colleague
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
