About the Role

Entain is looking for a Media Manager to join the unikrn team. You will support the Global Head of Media across all aspects of paid media marketing and reporting globally. You will have day to day responsibility for market growth, liaising with and managing the local media agencies. As we expand into new markets you will have more responsibility globally. You will form strong relationships with the internal team across analytics, product and finance as well as the marketing teams.

The role requires a competent commercial mind, a sound analytical approach and the confidence to proactively communicate performance and strategy with senior business stakeholders. You will be capable and willing to negotiate for the best commercial agreements that can drive long term program sustainability. The internal job title for the role is Marketing Manager, Media.

Your Mission

  • Help shape the paid media globally, laddering up to global objectives

  • Knowledge in the betting and gambling industry and the key regulatory controls

  • Expertise in gaming, audience and esport industry

  • New affiliate/network partner outreach and analysis

  • Relationship management skills and ability to identify and drive new opportunities with existing partners. 

  • Define a performance marketing strategy for key markets 

  • Negotiation of commercial terms

  • Performance analysis of paid media channels & recommendations for adjustments to current channels used

  • Internal stakeholder and agency relationship management

  • Business performance reporting

  • Conference planning and attendance

  • Other digital marketing responsibilities as required. 

 

Your Profile

  • Minimum 3+ years work experience in a betting/gambling company and / or global DC2 media role within a regulated sector.
  • Strong knowledge of gaming and esports market globally (ideally but not essential)

  • A network of media and affiliate partners with a strong relationships built globally

  • Sound understanding of performance marketing technology and attribution methodology

  • Commercial experience across multiple performance based commission models including; Revenue Share, CPA, CPL, CPI, CPM

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics.

  • Competent in Excel.

  • Organizational/prioritization and workload management skills

  • Fluent in written and spoken English

  • Flexibility in working pattern with clients and colleagues based in the USA, Europe and Australia.
