About the Role
Entain is looking for a Media Manager to join the unikrn team. They will support the development of consumer-facing media plans and delivery, and assist with the creation of processes, timelines, workflows, and other efforts to help ensure the company’s brand and performance media efforts are both efficient and successful.
In 2021, Entain acquired unikrn to launch the company’s esports practice. unikrn is one of the world’s preeminent esports betting platforms. unikrn paved the wave in the sports betting industry by offering esports odds across 35 titles, as well as virtual esports and streamer betting. unikrn also boasts a skill-based betting platform that allows players to wager on themselves in ranked matches in the world’s most popular gaming titles.
Your Mission

Support Global Head of Media to produce paid media plans (brand, performance, SEO and affiliates) - starting with Brazil and Canada, rolling out to Australia, New Zealand, Chile, Colombia and Mexico in 2023, then Europe in 2024 with US in 2025 through to global roll out in 5 years.

Coordinate and liaise with media and performance agencies to ensure deliverables are clearly communicated and met in a timely manner.

Deliver innovation, cut through and optimal performance of all media plans.

Seamless project management to plan, produce, monitor and evaluate all plans, including test and learn and proof of effectiveness to the business

Liaise with internal stakeholders across the business (including product, technology, and marketing).

Create and manage new processes, timelines, and workflows.

Assist with the creation of internal and external presentations, talking points, speeches, and strategy documents.

Participate in brainstorms and contribute creative ideas to the Unikrn Marketing team.
Your Profile
- Experience with gaming/entertainment/betting/esports targeting Gen Zs
- Knowledge of local Brazil or Canadian media experience is a plus
- Deep experience in global media planning, buying, evaluation and performance
- Innovative media solutions for the budget
- Passionable about diversity and inclusion in media selection and approach to marketing

Track record with evaluation, testing and optimisation of brand and performance media

Exceptional organizational and/or project management skills; laser focus on meeting deadlines.

Excellence in numeracy with accurate and complex budgeting skills
