Our newly formed Global People Solutions team strives to create and deliver a seamless and positive
employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle. Our aim is to develop efficient and simple
people processes, and systems maximizing our use of technology.
We’re seeking an expert in all things testing to have global management of our user acceptance testing
strategy and execution for People solutions at Entain. The ideal candidate will hold excellent knowledge
of testing methodology to ensure the successful delivery of our technical enhancements. You'll be the
SME point of contact, working closely with the People team & technical stakeholders to ensure
consistent and compliant testing strategy and application. You’ll coordinate and manage all aspects of
User Acceptance Testing for the Global People Solutions team. Taking Ownership of testing and
ensuring all testing activities and deliverables are produced to the highest standard and delivered on
time and that all governance items relating to testing are satisfied, supporting our future vision of
improved products, services and customer journeys - so able to look at the big picture and be in the
detail as required.
The successful candidate must have a passion for delivering at pace, working closely with end users,
understanding People and system processes, having an eye for detail and an ability to plan,
communicate and deliver testing activities in an organised manner. Personal accountability for
delivering the desired business outcomes within their area of expertise would be an expectation within
this role.
