Job Description
This position will oversee the marketing operations for the department. This role will be a key contact point for the unikrn consumer marketing team, the regional marketing leads and the different cross-functional Entain operations teams. The position requires effective leadership and stakeholder management across the business at all levels to operationalize and lead the marketing department’s day-to-day business.
Role Responsibilities

Operate as the business leader for the marketing department to manage the strategic and daily operations.

Partner with the CMO and the Finance team to lead the annual and by cadence budget setting and management.

Lead the budget management (working/ non working) with the marketing leadership stakeholders across media, sponsorships, production, social, agency, etc.

Contribute to the goal tracking, reporting and agency satisfaction reporting.

Collaborate with the regulatory and operations team to build a regulatory x marketing framework for existing and future operating countries.

Lead the development of the marketing x compliance guidelines and work cross-functionally within the marketing department to socialize and provide insight to the different stakeholders.

Identify organizational barriers and build processes and tools to overcome them.

Experience in building narrative/ presentations with both finance and marketing audiences in mind.
