Job Description 

 This position will oversee the marketing operations for the department. This role will be a key contact point for the unikrn consumer marketing team, the regional marketing leads and the different cross-functional Entain operations teams. The position requires effective leadership and stakeholder management across the business at all levels to operationalize and lead the marketing department’s day-to-day business. 

Role Responsibilities

  • Operate as the business leader for the marketing department to manage the strategic and daily operations. 

  •  Partner with the CMO and the Finance team to lead the annual and by cadence budget setting and management.

  •  Lead the budget management (working/ non working) with the marketing leadership stakeholders across media, sponsorships, production, social, agency, etc.

  •  Contribute to the goal tracking, reporting and agency satisfaction reporting. 

  • Collaborate with the regulatory and operations team to build a regulatory x marketing framework for existing and future operating countries. 

  • Lead the development of the marketing x compliance guidelines and work cross-functionally within the marketing department to socialize and provide insight to the different stakeholders. 

  •  Identify organizational barriers and build processes and tools to overcome them.

  • Experience in building narrative/ presentations with both finance and marketing audiences in mind.
       

Requirements  

  • Passionate about marketing and finance. 

  • Meticulous attention to detail.

  •  Strong presentation and spreadsheet skills (written and verbal).

  • Executive presence and experience in delivering recommendations to senior leadership

  • Effective communicator at all levels of organizations.

  • Understanding the importance of process and having the confidence to create, implement and manage processes across the department where it is necessary.

  • Balances conviction to be a strategic thinker whilst understanding the nuances of driving the day-to-day business.  

  •  Strong passion and connection across the wagering / gaming / esports / youth culture industries.

  • Exceptional people leadership skills and experience, overseeing a cross-functional team, with a consistent history of cultivating and developing high performing teams.  

  • Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple programs concurrently.

  • High energy, self-starter, team-oriented, innovative, and entrepreneurial spirit
       

  • Travel optional (~10%) to understand business needs across the group.
