About The Role

The Software Release Engineer will maintain, upgrade, and manager our software releases on our facility and at our customer’s facilities. The incumbent will diagnose and resolve problems quickly and communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users. The goal will be to ensure that our applications run smoothly and efficiently on various installations.

  • Create a release for our applications using build tools.
  • Install and configure software including Windows, web and mobile applications.
  • Upgrade systems with new releases.
  • Upgrade and maintain test environments.
  • Create release and deployment documents.
  • Review/update user manuals for applications
  • Manage web servers and technology tools.
  • Set up accounts and user roles on applications.
  • Monitor application and system performance.
  • Maintain systems according to requirements.
  • Troubleshoot issues and outages.
  • Build an internal WIKI and technical documentation manuals.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Perform other related duties as requested.
