WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage group market and competitor benchmarking. Partnering FP&A teams to provide timely and insightful benchmarking of Entain performance, identifying areas of underperformance for potential new business initiatives
- Review and challenge individual business budget and review business decks for certain key markets - providing insight and recommendations as appropriate
- Build strong collaborative working relationships with each business unit Finance Director. Be able to challenge and influence key stake holders (including the Group CFO, Director of Financial Control, Commercial Director and Digital FD) in an appropriate manner to drive continuous improvements in quality of analysis and insights
- Regular business reviews – create simplified business review trackers to provide senior exec team with succinct and insightful snapshot of performance.
WHO YOU ARE -
- 5+ years analytical experience ideally with financial services background
- Proficient with Excel modelling and PowerPoint presentation slide decks to senior management
- Extensive experience of planning, forecasting and delivery of insight through analysis essential
- A robust and determined personality with the ability to deliver in challenging environments;
- Experience of building first class FP&A capability understanding of 'best in class'
- Excellent analytical skills, high attention to detail and ability to be 'hands on'
- Proven ability to influence a range of senior stakeholders at across Finance, Commercial and Divisional teams
