Our UK offices are based in Stratford & St Pauls in London, Nottingham & Manchester and operate on a hybrid working model. (2+ days in the office)


Responsible for managing the P&L you will support the Business Heads with financial analysis, reporting and control.  With a focus on revenue growth you will partner with the business to assess opportunities, understand the risks and opportunities that lie ahead and ensure growth is achieved whilst maintaining cost control.  You will become a key member of the Casino and partypoker teams and will be the main point of contact for all Finance related matters.


Key responsibilities

  • Communicate business performance to stakeholders

  • Co-ordinate monthly and quarterly reviews and prepare all month end and other reporting packs 

  • Provide independent challenge and insight to the business 

  • Ensure Insight & analysis is pro-active rather than re-active and spend time away from the desk partnering with the business and attending/presenting at team meetings 

  • Proactively own and co-ordinate the regional budget & forecast processes

  • Understand the story behind the numbers (i.e. rather than just report a variance, why has it happened)

  • Analyse and cascade MI to ensure the business understands current trends, opportunities and threats 

  • Understand the impact of local tax and regulatory rulings and forecast the P&L impact

  • Benchmark performance against competitors

  • Work with peers within the Group to share knowledge, ideas and best practice to drive improvements in analysis and reporting


  • Ability to communicate and make complex financial language legible to stakeholders who have limited knowledge

  • Be a doer, not just a thinker

  • Qualified accountant – CIMA/ACA/ACCA

  • Business partnering experience in a large organisation

  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills

  • Ability to build relationships quickly and ensure Finance are seen as an enabler to the business

  • Budgetary control experience

  • Strong excel skills

  • Gaming/digital background
