WHAT YOU'LL DO
We are looking for a Commercial Manager to work across our European brands and be responsible for overseeing and improving the overall performance of Casino within the Europe region.
A crucial role for the business, not only will you have important influence in the selection and delivery of games and promotions, you will also work on the development of Casino in Europe. This will involve working closely with our casino suppliers, managing these relationships to ensure we are getting the best products and partnerships.
WHO YOU ARE
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the Casino industry and major competitors
- Strong customer-experience and product vision
- A minimum of 5 years experience working in a Commercial role within the online gaming industry
- Experience in a multi-brand, international business, confidence working with multiple markets
- KPI, customer and results-oriented individual
- Outstanding commercial awareness and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels from Director level to Colleague
- Proven record of increasing revenue through developing and implementing strategic plans
- Someone who will put business performance, solutions, and delivery at the heart of your approach, so you’ll be passionate about driving results and meeting revenue targets
- Hands-on implementation, with close attention to detail
- Ability to build close relationships with internal and external stakeholders, negotiating and closing partnership deals
